Q. What is a PDF?

A. A PDF is a "portable document format" file that allows a document to be distributed over the internet without it being altered.

The PDF is designed to be stored and viewed on your PC although it can be printed, the resolution of the printed copy will not be as high quality as the actual book.

Q. How do I download the PDF version of the book?

A. Once you have made your payment with Paypal you will be returned to a webpage with a link to downloading the file. An e-mail will also be sent to you containing the same link. You must click on the link and follow the prompts to download the PDF version of the book within 48 hours of payment as the link will not work after this time.

Q. What do I do if I encounter problems downloading the PDF version of the book?

A. Simply give us a call or e-mail us via the details on the 'Contact Us' page and we will be more than happy to help you.

Q. What if I want to pay by cheque or bankers draft?

A. You can pay by these methods for all products, just send a cheque made payable to 'sausage dog publishing' to the address on the contacts page and we will despatch the items as soon as the cheque clears. PDF files will be sent by e-mail.

Be sure to tell us what you are ordering, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address if you have one. Don't forget to include the relevant postage and packaging (cost are as detailed on the 'Terms and Conditions' page.)
