Official Purchase Orders

We accept official Purchase Orders from Schools, Nurseries, Local Authorities and other registered organisations.

An invoice will be despatched with your order, or sent to an alternative address as detailed by your order.  Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice and can be paid by cheque or bank transfer.

Please provide full billing and delivery address details with your order, along with your Purchase Order Number / Reference, if appropriate.

How to Order:

Complete the checkout process as normal, selecting the 'Purchase Order' payment method option in the checkout.  Transfer all of the product quantites and descriptions onto your purchase order, not forgetting the postage costs that you selected and send your completed order to the following address:

Products & Prices:

All of our prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, although the checkout page will show you the total amount of VAT included within the total amount due.  However, our invoices will show prices without VAT and provide a clear breakdown of the VAT rates applicable to your order.  For your information all books are Zero rated with standard VAT rates applicable for all posters and postage costs.
