How to Order

Online Ordering:

Our Shopping Cart is managed by Forest Books and you will be transferred between our website and their fast and secure website when adding items to your basket.  To continue shopping simply click on the 'Continue Shopping' button and you will be returned to the page you just left to enable you to add more items to your basket.  Once you are happy with your order simply click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button, from your basket, to place it.

Payment Methods for Online Ordering:

Credit or Debit Card:  All card payments are handled securely by 'PAYPAL' and from the checkout you can select the normal payment method if you don't have a PayPal account or the express checkout if you do already have a PayPal account, .  You will then be transferred to the PayPal site to complete your payment.  Please ensure that your 'billing address' is the same as the billing address for your debit/credit card.

Purchase Order: We accept official purchase orders from Schools, Nurseries, Local Authorities and other registered organisations.  Please click HERE for further information.  If paying by this method then please add the products to your basket and proceed to the checkout as normal, select 'Purchase Order' as your payment method and forward your completed order, including chosen postage costs, to the above address or Fax your order to:
01594 833858.  An invoice will be despatched with your goods, or to another address as specified by your order, for payment within 30 days.  Payment can then be made by cheque or bank transfer.

You can place a telephone order by calling us on01594 833858between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (GMT).  Please have your order details and credit / debit card information ready.
