How to Order
Online Ordering:
You can buy
our products from
Olli's Shop
simply by clicking on the 'BUY'
button next to each product, which will then be added to your basket.
You can alter your order at any time via the 'View Basket' link
at the top of the page, where your current basket total is
displayed.
Our Shopping Cart is managed by 'Roman Cart'
and you will be transferred between our website and their fast and
secure website when adding items to your
basket. To continue shopping simply click on the 'Continue
Shopping' button and you will be returned to the page you just
left to enable you to add more items to your basket. Once you are happy with your order simply click on
the 'Proceed to Checkout' button, from your basket, to place it.
Payment Methods for Online Ordering:
Credit or Debit Card: All
card payments are handled securely by 'PAYPAL' and from
the checkout you can select the
normal payment method if you don't have a PayPal account or the
express checkout if you do already have a PayPal
account, . You will then be transferred to the PayPal site
to complete your payment. Please ensure that your 'billing
address' is the same as the billing address for your
debit/credit card.
Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers
Draft: For Cheque payments please choose 'Cheque'
as your payment method at the checkout. For Postal Orders
or Bankers Drafts, please choose 'Postal Order' as your payment method
at the checkout. Whichever of these options you choose
please make payable for the full amount, including postage, to
Sausage Dog Publishing Ltd and post to the

Your order will be despatched upon receipt and
bank clearance of your payment.
Purchase Order: We accept
official purchase orders from Schools, Nurseries, Local
Authorities and other registered organisations. Please

HERE for further information. If
paying by this method then please add the products to your
basket and proceed to the checkout as normal, select 'Purchase
Order' as your payment method and forward your completed order,
including chosen postage costs, to the above address or Fax your
order to:
01780 767 398. An invoice will be despatched with
your goods, or to another address as specified by your order,
for payment within 30 days. Payment can then be made by
cheque or bank transfer.
Telephone Order:
You can place a telephone order by calling
us on 01780 767 398 between 9:00am and 5:00pm,
Monday to Friday (GMT). Please have your order details and
credit / debit card information ready.

Delivery charges and Times:
All of our products are despatched through
Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Goods will usually arrive 2-3
working days after we have received your order, however, please
allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will send you an
e-mail confirmation when your goods have been despatched.
If you would like to clarify when products are on their
approximate lead-time then please
contact us for more details.
All prices for delivery in the UK mainland
are inclusive of VAT, although the total tax included in your
order will be displayed clearly in the checkout. Prices
quoted are based on current postal charges to include the level
of insurance required to cover the items should they be lost in
the post.
Posters will be despatched separately to
books to ensure that all products reach you undamaged in
transit.

order details and we will provide you with a delivery quotation.
